A few things I’ve built.

• FLUX.2-klein Text Encoder Pruned to 5.1B

  A structurally pruned, distillation recovered drop in replacement for the 8.2B Qwen3 text encoder of FLUX.2-klein-9B. 38% fewer parameters, under the 12 to 16 GB VRAM thresholds, with matched image quality.

• Z-Image Turbo — student text encoder

  Fine-tuned Qwen3-1.7B with a small adapter to imitate Qwen3-4B as Z-Image Turbo's text encoder — cutting VRAM usage while keeping quality.

• Stable Diffusion fine-tunes

  A collection of Stable Diffusion models I've fine-tuned and shared with the r/StableDiffusion community.
